(FFC), the joint venture between Kyoto Fusioneering (KF) and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), has published two key technical papers outlining major advances in fusion fuel cycle development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These publications detail <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0920379625003424?via%3Dihub\">FFCSim<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 a modular, dynamic simulation tool for holistic fuel cycle design \u2013 and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/15361055.2025.2481362\">UNITY-2<\/a><\/strong>, the world\u2019s first fully-integrated testing facility for fusion fuel cycle systems. Together, they represent a critical milestone in enabling the commercial viability of fusion energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both KF and CNL bring decades of expertise to the partnership and have contributed to the development of these tools and concepts.
