As its CEO, he has successfully turned science into innovation and business activities. Under his leadership, the company transitioned from a R&amp;D laboratory research into developing state-of-the-art technologies for commercial fusion energy. KF is involved in numerous fusion new build projects around the world with supply chain partners from private sector, research institutes and government subsidies. Prior to establishing KF, he worked at Arthur D. Little Japan, where he provided strategic consulting services for new businesses. 1 Another successful business position he held was at Eneres, an energy startup, where he contributed to the company\u2019s public listing on to the Tokyo Stock Exchange and led capital and business alliances.
