Kyoto Fusioneering (KF) has been selected for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Promotion Program, a program implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) through the SBIR system.
This program aims to promote the social application of innovative research and development conducted by startups and other entities. It leverages the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Creation Fund, established by MEXT, to support large-scale technology verification (Phase 3). The goal is to bridge the gap between innovative R&D and its practical implementation, accelerating the integration of cutting-edge technologies from Japanese startups and other sources. Our project, focused on fusion technology, was chosen from among applicants in fields such as space transportation, fusion, and disaster prevention.
