We’re excited to share a closer look at our brand-new UK office for Kyoto Fusioneering UK (KFUK)—now officially open! 🎉 (Catch the official news release here)
Our new space is located at Culham Campus, the center of the UK’s fusion research and home to the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA).
This marks a major step forward in strengthening our presence in the UK and deepening collaboration with fusion partners. In this blog, take a peek inside our new UK office!
🚀 A Bigger, Better Workspace
Our new UK office comes with a major upgrade in space—plenty of room for our growing team! As we add new members to KFUK, and as our business continues to expand, we’re making sure there’s space for everyone to thrive.
We’ve also added more meeting rooms to support collaboration and help teams connect more easily throughout the day.
🎥 Welcome to the PR Area!
One of the standout features of our new office is the PR Area—a dedicated space where visitors can explore who we are, what we do, and why it matters.
The walls are lined with posters showcasing our mission and core technologies, a monitor plays promotional videos, and a detailed gyrotron model offers a closer look at one of our key innovations. Visitors can also browse brochures, catalogs, and pick up some fun branded giveaways.

The space also serves as a flexible venue for events. Most recently, it hosted part of UKAEA’s welcome ceremony, where KFUK team members, UKAEA staff, and other partners gathered to celebrate this exciting new chapter in our journey.

🌟 What’s Next for KFUK?
We hope you enjoyed this behind-the-scenes look at our new UK office! This move marks more than just a new workspace—it’s a meaningful step toward strengthening collaboration with UKAEA and other fusion-focused organizations on campus, as we work together to accelerate the path toward making fusion a reality. Stay tuned for more updates from KFUK through our blog and interview series. There’s much more to come!
