Kyoto Fusioneering Executives Appointed to the Board of Starlight Engine 

Following resolutions adopted at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 29, 2026, Starlight Engine Ltd. (“SLE”) has established a Board of Directors and appointed a Corporate Auditor.

With this change, the following members of Kyoto Fusioneering’s leadership took up executive positions at SLE on the same date. 

■ Appointments (effective September 29, 2026) 

Kiyoshi Seko 
New position at SLE: Director (previously Representative Director) 
Position at Kyoto Fusioneering: Representative Director, President and COO 

Takashi Imai 
New position at SLE: Director (newly appointed) 
Position at Kyoto Fusioneering: Director and Group-CEO, Plasma Heating Group 

Takuma Uenodan 
New position at SLE: Corporate Auditor (newly appointed) 
Position at Kyoto Fusioneering: Executive Officer and Chief Corporate Officer (CCO)
